Refund Policy – 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to ensure that our training programs provide genuine value to our clients. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the services provided, you may request a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below:

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 15 calendar days of the payment date.
  • Valid reasons must be provided indicating why the service was not satisfactory or failed to meet expectations.
  • Requests will be reviewed by our team, and we may request additional feedback or information to better understand your experience.
  • If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original mode of payment.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Beyond the 15-day window, all purchases made with Gotezu for training programs, workshops, seminars, and corporate packages are non-refundable. Refunds will also not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 15 days of payment
  • Non-attendance or inability to attend the training session(s)
  • Change of mind or voluntary withdrawal from the program
  • Corporate budget changes after registration

We encourage all participants and organizations to evaluate the relevance and suitability of our training programs before enrolling.
